[Fiware-iot] Answer regarding NGSI associations support of ConfMan, now included in the past conf.call minutes

Dear Colleagues,

In the last conf.call NEC rised a question regarding NGSI associations support in the BE Configuration Manager GE that was properly answered by Fermin and has been consolidated into an EPIC.

For your convenience, I've just included this information in the minutes section 4 right after the AP assigned to me on this regard.
