[Fiware-iot] IoT Discovery GE included now as part of the Conf.Man GE description as planned

Hi Tarek,

I have included your previous pages in the Conf.Man as agreed in the F2F meeting. You can see the result at:

I have deleted the copyright as it makes no sense anymore and I have replaced all references to "IoT DE GE" by "IoT DE component", explaining at the beginning that this would be a kind of additional component within the whole Conf.Man architecture.

However, I need the following from you:

1. First make a quick review to check that the text makes sense within its new placeholder. Make any changes you need to provide a smooth integration.
  I need this by tomorrow EoB.

2. This integration is just a first step but I am sure it needs more work to really fit in the overall description of the mandatory features of the Conf.Man.
  For this, I think you better read the whole existing text for the Conf.Man and you update your part consequently after this week (so it does not collide with the deliverable generation) but before June 1st (to ensure the text is final before the project review).
