[Fiware-iot] Backlog consolidation

Hi Carlos, Thierry,

In order to get the backlog+wiki into a consistent state we have done the following things regarding the IoT Broker GE:

-          Added sprint numbers to the tracker items

-          In case of one tracker item corrected the description

-          corrected version numbers on the feature and epic und user story wiki pages

In our view two issues are remaining:

-          As discussed in this morning's PhC the IoT Broker still cannot be selected as the GE in the tracker system

-          We are not sure if sprint numbers also have to be assigned to tracker items that correspond to epics and themes. It would not make too much sense as epics are normally not what is implemented in sprints.

Please let us know if we can further help to get the IoT Backlog into a state consistent enough that it can be submitted.
