[Fiware-iot] Formal release 2.2

Dear all,

Based on some exchanges between our PO and Juanjo, we cannot postpone the year 2 review in September because of administrative issues so we will have the review in June or early in July. Our release 2 is planned for July...

To have a good review or to explain that Fi-Ware is aligned with its milestones, we have to deliver an intermediate release which is the release 2.2. What does it mean?
It means that we have to be sure that what we describe in the Technical Roadmap and into the backlog will be deliver end of March, early in April if we put release 2.1 and release 2.2 in the relevant tracker field. But it is not only the software but also all associated documentation (Unit Test Plan, Install Guide, User Guide...) so maybe more work than expected by some of you. Please check again what you promised for release 2.2 because we will include in the Technical Roadmap what are the items related to each minor release (2.1, 2.2 or 2.3).

Here is the example from Cloud chapter to show what the release 2.2 will deliver and on what we will be evaluated in June.
