[Fiware-iot] status of Deliverables

Hi all,

We have to close the backlog and technical roadmap issues for the end of the week, so SAP is the better. We are a bit late regarding the other WP but I think we can obtain something good this week.

For the architecture, we have to come with a picture at the F2F meeting and leave with the final one because we will have also to write the text. I try to have the involvement of Fraunhofer for this meeting but we need first the agreement from the Commission.

For this point as well as for the financial issue, Juanjo is sending an email to our PO for a written assessment on new distribution of resources and the date for their involvement without waiting for a new amendment which could take time, as usual. Because we are also waiting for the last review report and because it seems that all deliverables at least resubmitted deliverables have been accepted, we are also asking if this acceptance is also the acceptance of the claimed costs. It seems that the PO has not planned to give a financial status in this review report because financial status is planned only for review at M12, M24 and M36. But as rejected deliverables are M12 deliverables, I assume that we should have a feedback on these costs in the review report which validates the rejected deliverables.

Regarding telco tomorrow, we should have a PCC meeting for new governance rules because the negotiation round for phase 2 is closed at the 28th of February. I will have the timeslot for this PCC meeting at the beginning of the afternoon so if there is no conflict, we will have the telco tomorrow.

Sorry for being a bit nervous about this, but could you please give a short status update on the current deliverables of the IoT work package? As far as I understand there are

-          Architecture: to be discussed during f2f meeting and submitted end of march

-          Technical roadmap + backlog: to be consolidated at the moment. Is there a deadline? Does it seem that the WP will be able to deliver something good?

I hope that you understand that we are a bit nervous now, as costs had been rejected before...
Will we have a phone conference tomorrow?
