[Fiware-iot] Action to do on Technical Roadmap

Dear all,

I went through the technical roadmap and we have to finalize what we will deliver for minor releases 2.1, 2.2 and 2.3. Some of you have done some work to classify the features into the different minor releases, especially for some Backend GEs but we have to do it for all GEs!

Here are the actions for tomorrow morning.
