Hi Carlos

The point is that there is an inconsistency between what is described in the docs and binary or catalogue entries. You have to use DCA-IDAS everywhere if it is the name of the GE instance so the reader is sure that he will use the right instance regarding the document he is reading.

Nowhere in the doc it is clear what is DCA-IDAS or if IDAS is the sum of DCA-IDAS+MongoDb+.... This is what you could clarify in the doc.

I would like to add to Fermin's clarifications the following one on BE Dev Manager naming conventions:

You suggest to replace the name "DCA-IDAS" with "IoT IDAS". However, "DCA-IDAS" is NOT the name of the whole Gei but only one of the assets within.

Just to be clear:
- GE name: BE Device Management
- Telefonica Gei name:  IDAS (here I have no problem to follow your suggestion for the Catalogue entry and say "IoT IDAS". I will do it this way ASAP).
- Assets within Telefonica GEi:  IoT Agent + DCA-IDAS (here we cannot change the asset name as Telefonica product name has to be kept "as is").

Dear Thierry,

I think that the cells for Links-Comments in the Backend Device Management and Backend Configuration Management has been accidental swapped in the Excel (I mean the box in D7-F10 actually corresonds to the box in D11-F14 and viceversa).

Ignoring this small problem, take into account the following regarding TID's contributions:

  *   "Wrong list of features (links are not ok)". The links are not ok simply because the wiki pages corresponding to features are not in the private wiki. This problem will automatically be fixed once the page moves to the public wiki. If some link problem persist, we will fix it in the public wiki directly.
  *   "several features per tests" and "Test 5 and test 6" several features. Having a list of features is perfectly fine with the guidelines. In particular, citing from https://forge.fi-ware.eu/plugins/mediawiki/wiki/fi-ware-private/index.php/FiwareDeliverableD3-8.5.1: "A subsection titled Tested Features which contains a list of links to the wiki pages describing the Features that are tested, together (optional) with the specific User Story, through the Unit Test"

Some docs or binaries are missing and some docs do not follow the guidelines we received for release 2.2. I've added the link for guidelines on top of the files.
I have a main concern I have to solve this morning during the WPL/WPA meeting regarding the links to features. As explained we put the list of features in the Technical Roadmap so you have to use these links in your documentation but if we change also the features description in the roadmap we lose consistency so we have to decide at project level what to do exactly.

Please try to update your docs if required, or improve the quality based on the comments you find in this spreadsheet. Another evaluation will come after from Telefonica and Engineering.
