[Fiware-iot] Backlog cleaning for IoT Broker

Hi Thierry,

we have

-          Moved the wiki pages to the version without dot between 'Backend' and <GE name>, and

o   Changed the references in the tracker items

o   Changed the references in the 'materializing' page

o   Changed the references in the unit test plan

o   Changed the references on the technical roadmap

-          Took care of all other issues mentioned in the spreadsheet

o    except for the missing parent/children because we have not defined them in all cases and it seems to be optional anyway.

I hope we did not introduce too many new bugs....
