[Fiware-iot] BE Dev Man GE/GEi totally updated in the IoT Tracker

Thierry, All,

As stated in our conf.call this week, we have finalized our work to give visibility to all the activities/tasks related to this GE/Gei.

Totally, we've created 80 tickets with activities spread since April 2013 (R2.3.1) till R3.3 plan.

All this is explained in the below-linked document that we use within the IDAS team to keep track of all those tasks:

Basically, the timeline that we will share with the EC to explain ourselves is the following:
- April-May: As per Nokia withdrawal a decision is taken to replace the Gei and the partners working out the overall GE specifications/API
- Jun-Jul: A new architecture is envisaged and discussed in Paris meeting for the whole chapter and particularly for this GE (architecture+APIs+implementation).
                    Development tasks for this GEi kick off
- Aug-Sep-Oct: Focus on development, update related wiki sections, update manuals (users, programmers, testing …) and take the Gei to the Hackathons.
                                   Also the catalogue entry is generated.
- Nov: Update all related tracker entries so the GE7GEi are fully synchronized with the FI-WARE agile methodology.


I hope with all this we get back to track fully regarding this GE from a management standpoint.
