[Fiware-iot] text-to-speech for eLearning

Hi all,

If I look at the existing courses in the FI-WARE eLearning platform on http://edu.fi-ware.eu, they all seem to use some pretty nice text-to-speech engine. Can someone give me a hint on if and where that engine is available? The engines I have access to sound pretty bad compared to these.
