[Fiware-iot] Tools and links for the eLearning platform

Hi all,

I've updated the minutes of today meeting with the relevant links and tools you can use to prepare the courses, thanks to Davide ( davide.dallecarbonare at eng.it<mailto:davide.dallecarbonare at eng.it> ) who is your support for more specific questions. There I no urgent issue except that we have to populate the eLearning platform for the next review (November) so do not wait for the last minute and describe work items in the backlog for that.
