[Fiware-iot] Integration tests document proposal for the Madrid meeting

Hi Ken,

I have fixed the following issues:

·         Esper4FastData no longer provides an error code when unnecessary

·         Esper4FastData now provides a registrationId xml tag, regardless of the error.

·         I have updated the "registrationMetaData" to "registrationMetadata", with "d" in lower case.

The fixed version is available for download<https://forge.fi-ware.org/frs/download.php/1200/Esper4FastData-3.3.3.zip>.

The google doc<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1qRWx8XKdwlgXNjkIbtDoL8fr28oWqsqcCu5f9bbBflo/edit?usp=sharing> should be editable now.

Hi Laurent, all

just a few details about the context registration message to orion in "Messages sent from Esper4FastData-3.3.3 to Orion ConfMan".
I don't seem to be able to update the document myself.

There is a 'typo' in the request, the xml tag 'registrationMetaData' should be 'registrationMetadata'.
We've decided to treat metadata as one word and not two, hence 'Metadata', with lowercase 'd'.

Also, two minor details about the response to the registration:
1. orion uses the ErrorCode/StatusCode field only when errors (The field is optional).
2. orion uses a 24 character ID of the registrations.

An 'OK' response from orion looks something like this:

  <duration>PT1M</duration>
  <registrationId>534bbb3320330948f6f5bb43</registrationId>
</registerContextResponse>

while a response with an error looks like this:

<registerContextResponse>
  <registrationId>000000000000000000000000</registrationId>
  <errorCode>
    <code>400</code>
    <reasonPhrase>Bad Request</reasonPhrase>
    <details>Unknown XML field: 'registrationMetaData'</details>
  </errorCode>
</registerContextResponse>

[ registrationId is unfortunately not optional so we just answer with a dummy id - 24 zeroes ]
