[Fiware-iot] Status of WP5 Open Specs: stalled

Dear Thierry,

The Open Specs of 5 chapters are delivered. After some legal problems with a license, we are very likely to deliver WP7 today or tomorrow.

This would leave WP5 as the only chapter pending to deliver. My internal status is as follows:

  *   Manuel dispatched with me before leaving on vacation weeks ago and reported that WP5 was the only one not providing a final link for the open specs:
     *   https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AnxxmzdEZ1WtdDNDQms5d3VFZElaUlhtcEpINWl6YWc&usp=sharing
     *   We understand that the one there is not final (and if it is, it has not been communicated or at least we are not aware of this)
  *   The WPL has not been present in the coordination meetings for many weeks now:
     *   https://forge.fi-ware.org/plugins/mediawiki/wiki/fi-ware-private/index.php/WPLs/WPAs_confcall_minutes_-_2014
     *   If there are any misunderstandings or actions needed, it could have been clarified in any of the meetings.
  *   I tried a fresh start and in a compelling message asked you for a report on August,1. No reply so far.

Coming to this point, I do not know what to do.
