[Fiware-iot] New picture whole IoT Architecture

Hi Thierry, all,

It is a bit unclear to me how the Template Handler interacts with the GEs it is connected to (Context Broker, IoT Broker, Conf. Man., Be Device Man.).
Can someone clarify?
