[Fiware-iot] Reviews of WP5

Dear Thierry,

After weeks of waiting and asking for a complete status report I would like to have an updated one to able to review the deliverables under:

Please send a report giving the status per GE manual now in red,  stating which ones are ready for review and which ones are not (OK/NOK is enough). Please note that I have very limited availability and that I cannot accept the situation we lived in the past iterations(not making a good internal review  and sending an "all ok"). If I detect clear violations of the rules in deliverables with your endorsement, I will stop the reviews there and go to a different WP.

Note that for the sake of efficiency I must try not to talk to individual partners (this is what the WPL is for). There are 13 WPs, >200 manuals and  >90 GEis in the project, it is simply not feasible.

We have successfully delivered 2 WPs in recent days and are about to deliver 2 more thanks to the commitment of the respective WPs.  Please help us to so in WP5.
