[Fiware-iot] SOLCEP delivery

Hello Thierry,

I have reviewed and updated e-learning platform and all wiki pages in order to finalize last delivery of the SOL/CEP.
Any feedback from your side is highly appreciated.
I've noticed that some of the wiki pages are duplicated. Is this intended behavior or shall I just delete obsolete duplicates?

I am still a bit struggling with the deployment of binary artefacts on the TestBed. I am in touch with Telefonica to resolve this issues.
