[Fiware-iot] Actions to do on eLearning platform

Dear all,

There was a detailed analysis from the content we have (FI-WARE) on the eLearning platform to provide more consistency. For IoT chapter, only 1 GEi is ok. For the other we have to do some small improvements or create courses which are missing.

Crucial point for Orion :
Orion has to provide an entry in 2 chapters DCM & IoT with 2 different courses: one for Pub/Sub broker features, one for Conf Man features.

Please note also that a course cannot be just a 1 hour webinar video. Video should not be longer than 10 minutes and additional content is required to explain GEi features.

Keep in mind that it will be very important regarding the 1,000 SMEs which will be involved soon.
