a word template for deliverable D.2.2 with a number of tips which will serve as helpful hints for completing it.

  Please follow this templates and provided tips.   This is crucial to deliver an harmonized document which is not just a collection of separate contributions.

  WP teams are entitled to submit their contributions under the contrib document group which belons to the group we have created for this deliverable.

  As already announced a couple of days ago, all teams are entitled to contribute final versions of their chapters by June 20th EOB.   A first draft of is expected for interim review (bilateral meetings between the Chief Architect, that is myself, and co-chief, Thomas Bohnert) by end of May.

  Don't hesitate to ask any question you may have.

  While developing this template, we have found a number of things to be fixed in the previously submitted template.   Therefore, we have updated the generic template for documentation and make it available at:

  Therefore, we kindly ask you to update the template if you had downloaded it previously.   Apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.   Take into account that most probably we will have to refine the template while producing this first deliverable.
