[Fiware-security] FI-WARE - Doodle to set date of WP8 Meeting in replacement of 03/06 (cancelled)

Dear Colleagues,

I just created a doodle to the set the new date of our WP8 meeting focusing on assembling the first complete draft of WP8 contrib to D2.1a according to template provided by TID and to which each Technical WP has to comply with.

Please fill it in asap and not later than tomorrow EOB (25/05/11) as I'd like to set and announce the date asap for you to book your travel.

This meeting is open to all but participation of both the Task leaders (THA/Daniel,NSN/Robert, ATOS/Pedro/Antonio, SAP/Slim) and Caretakers (THA,IBM/Michael/Jan,SAP/Andreas) is  mandatory.

Objective of this meeting would be to assemble the WP8 contribution to D2.1a based on consolidated input from each of the task leaders and resulting from interaction those task leaders would have had with each of the partners associated to their tasks. Obviously the Task consolidated input to D2.1 should cover each of the item to be addressed as per template provided
NB: Consolidated document to be reviewed/discussed at this meeting should be sent prior to our meeting (responsibility of each of the Task leader to have it organized and done).

Counting now on each of you to fill in the poll and make your duties for what concerns preparatory work.
