Hi Pascal,
I'm just sending you a quick email to let you know that work has been ongoing inside of WP4 with respect to our previous discussions. There are now a number of epics describing specific and more generic security-related functionality. These items are listed on the cloud hosting backlog on the wiki [1] and their relationships to the WP8-issued WP4-specific document are listed here [2].
