Hi task 8.2, as requested by Telefonica we need to provide as soon as possible technical input for the 1st open call of FI-WARE. I would assume that we need support in the area of Trust. Here we will get some information on the topics TAS3 project has worked on during next week. If you have any other topics for the Open Call in mind, which are not covered so far by our assets, please send them until Wednesday evening. @Anja: Please see my comments below. Many thanks Robert -----Original Message----- From: ext BISSON Pascal [mailto:pascal.bisson at thalesgroup.com] Sent: Monday, November 07, 2011 9:21 AM To: Anja Lehmann Cc: Seidl, Robert (NSN - DE/Munich); GIDOIN Daniel; BISSON Pascal; Michael Osborne Subject: RE: open call @fi-ware Many thanks Anja for your input. Counting now on Robert to provide me with consolidated input at the level of Task 8.2 for what concerns GEs attached to this task. Of course integrating your input. For the integration of our asset with the assets of other partners (SAP,NSN) we already created backlog entries. - data track: privacy legislation requires that users must be able to contact parties to which they have provided data, request which data these parties store and ask for correction. This requires a tool that keeps track of this data and helps users to manage their data. Robert--> It would be indeed beneficial having a tool keeping track of personal data. For that a standard interface would be needed in order to request the information from internet services (would require access to their data bases :-) ). The second part you are mentioning " helps users to manage their data" is covered by NSN's Privacy Enabler. - policy editing and authoring support: While we have engines for the policy languages we will provide, there is only very little support for editing and authoring these policies. Thus, a tool facilitating that task would be desirable. Robert --> Here I think the main focus is on Policy Editing. This engine should be adaptable in order to be used in different context.
