Dear Robert, Thanks for synchronizing with us including this (meeting on the 16/11) and others (hot topics - e.g. topics for Open Call and features for releases and sprint). I agree with most of what you say (this meeting is indeed devoted mainly to T8.2) except that for Hot topics (for which we don't have yet clear answer) I'd like to also have them addressed at this meeting. Being said that I asked Slim to reserve a slot to review elements prepared or delivered by each of teams. Do think this should also be in scope of your T8.2 meeting. Last word and being said the review is on the 17 Nov this is also our last opportunity to decide and agree before having those elements reported at the review. This just to say I don't want to screw up in your plans but just call for time slot to have important topics also in scope of T8.2 and impacting the work of WP8 to be discussed there. Last but not least Daniel and I would attend this meeting as WPL and WPA, also because Thales Services is a partner in T8.2 Hope you will understand and agree. In your minutes there is a statement about our planned T8.2 work shop at the 16th of November hosted by SAP. To make it clear this work shop is meant for talking about the architecture related to T8.2 and integration of our T8.2 assets. It is not meant to talk about any administrative or general WP8 issues and things like that. We only have limited time (one day) and want to use it for intensive work on our T8.2 assets and in particular how to move forward with the integration of them. This would anyway require more time than we have available. With regard to participants: I recommend having people on board who are involved in T8.2 and also available that time. If not everyone can be present, I do not see any major problem since time will be anyway limited (as mentioned above). Agenda for that day could look like: 09:00 - 9:30 Overview on T8.2 activities and actual status (Robert) 09:30 - 10:00 Review of T8.2 architecture (all involved partners) 10:00 - 12:00 Deep Dives on T8.2 assets (partners involved, time slot will be extended according to partners availability) IBM --> IDEMIX SAP --> PPL Atos --> Stork NSN --> IDM Others --> depending on partners availability It would be also beneficial showing a short demo of the asset if already available. 12:00 - 13:00 Lunch 13:00 - 15:30 Integration of partner assets e.g. IDEMIX + PPL + IDM IDM + Stork 15:30 - 17:30 Dependencies with other WPs (required input from other WPs / expected T8.2 output to other WPs) Greetings Robert From: ext BISSON Pascal [mailto:pascal.bisson at thalesgroup.com] Sent: Friday, November 04, 2011 3:10 PM To: fiware-security at lists.fi-ware.eu; Seidl, Robert (NSN - DE/Munich); Goetze, Norbert (NSN - DE/Munich); Marton, Gabor (NSN - HU/Budapest); ext TRABELSI, Slim; Antonio Garcia Vazquez; LELEU Philippe; Michael Osborne Cc: GIDOIN Daniel; BISSON Pascal Subject: RE: FI-WARE - WP8 Security AT - Weekly audio conf - 04/11/11 10am-12am Dear All, Short minutes of our audio conf of today: Participants: Anja (IBM) Slim, Francesco (SAP) Pascal, Daniel (THALES) Antonio (ATOS) Wolfgang (DT) Agenda: · Review of AP as per previous minutes · TID comments address (as per emails sent today) · Virtual workshops with other WPs and Use Case projects (dates & content - update on T8.2/NSN prez) · Report on update on Question marks on Security from other Chapters (WP3, WP4, WP5, WP6 & WP7) [report from WP8 appointed members] · Meeting on Nov 16 (Hosted by SAP) · Other topics: Private wiki, Backlog mgt tracker, ...
