Hi all,

  I found that the description available on the Wiki about how we were using the Agile Methodology in FI-WARE was rather out of date.   I have spent part of my time during the last three days to fix it so that it now captures main concepts on how we are using Agile principles.   It gathers many of the answers and hints that I had shared with you along the last weeks while we were building the FI-WARE Backlog.  This way, the information exchanged over the email is not lost and can be used as term of reference.

  Yesterday night I managed to finish this work and submitted Deliverable D.1.1.a Project Management Handbook.   Please find below the formal mail sent to reviewers.

  Please share it with members of your teams.   Overall, the fact that the section on the description about how we are using Agile principles is now updated on the Wiki and they can refer to it trying to answer doubts they may have (if still some doubts, don't hesitate to ask and this way we'll enrich the current contents)
