Frankly speaking this is something I was not expecting in view of what had initiated by mid of August. I thus ask each of you and more specifically Task leads to take necessary steps to deliver by Thursday 08/09/2011 EOB their initial set of features for what concerns their task and the GE(s) which belong to them. This in order to have them peer reviewed on Friday at our audio. The status of the features backlog as per audio conf of today is as follow: · T8.1 / Security Monitoring GE – Initial set of features was produced and delivered by Thales (Thales Services) by mid of August and should be completed with entries from other Thales entities involved in T8.1 (aka TCF, TRT-UK) by Thursday 08/09/2011 EOB. In the meantime backlog entries coming from other partners involved in T8.1 has not been yet received except first input received from TID. As such it is expected that FT-ORANGE, ATOS, INRIA sent urgently and no later than by Thursday EOB their input to T8.1 Lead (aka Daniel) who already requested it. This for consolidation from his side and final reporting of the initial set of features coming from T8.1 and attached to GE of that task (aka Security Monitoring GE). · T8.2 / IDM Core GE – so far not security features have been received whereas some should have been. It is thus urgently demanded to T8.2 Lead (NSN/Robert/Gabor) to report on features which have been identified and to deliver them according the template defined. This by Thursday 08/09/2011 EOB in order to have them reviewed and discuss there at our next audio conf (09/09/2011 10am-12am). It is also demanded to task 8.2 lead as other task leads to make sure that other contributors of that task also contributed initial features for what concerns assets they brought and which can be seen as as many contributors to GEs of Task 8.2. · T8.3 / Context-based security and compliance – One security features was contributed by ATOS in the meantime more are expected. As such it is demanded to ATOS as T8.3 Lead to complete this list by integrating additional features identified so far (especially the ones coming from other partners of that task who also contributed assets to which those features may be linked to).Once more this has to be done asap and reported by Thursday EOB · T8.4 / Optional Security GE (factory) / According to T8.4 Lead (SAP), - Despite the fact that so far no feature was received from T8.4, T8.4 should be through the virtual meeting which was organized (aiming at clarifying things) should now be in a position to deliver its initial entries to the features backlog according to the set deadline (so by Thursday 08/09/2011 – EOB). T8.4 lead would took necessary steps to have it done and engaged other participants to the task based on what was already discussed and agreed. In view of the above I would ask once more each of WP8 participants to take necessary steps to attend our Weekly audio conference of Friday 09/09/2011 10am-12am in order to peer review initial set of features that would have been produced with the help of all and under the driving process of each of the task leads. Talk to you on Friday 09/09 at 10am sharp ! Best Regards, Pascal PS: Thanks to Slim, Wolfgang, Richard, Antonio, Daniel and Julian? For their participation to our audio conf of today.
