[Fiware-security] Impact on the TID withdraw from WP8

Dear Pascal,

Initially according to the DoW TID was not involved in the task8.4 efforts. After the first kick-off meeting they proposed to contribute with one asset called Dynamic Security System (DSS). After that they never attended any task8.4 internal meeting, we were not able to evaluate correctly this asset, and we decided to not select it.
Finally the impact of the withdrawal of TID in the task8.4 is negligible.
