[Fiware-security] FI-WARE T8.2 Generic Enabler Description

Hi all,
please find attached a new version of the generic enabler description
for T8.2.
We do have now 3 generic enablers:

- Identity
- Privacy
- Data Handling

The document also includes diagrams for each enabler as well as an
overall architecture.
At the end of the document we tried to map the partner assets.

Please have a look at the comments to provide your feedback, specially
for the selection of assets (this is essential in order to include
them).

better, since we should provide a final version by end of the week).
