Problem solved
and yes it came from the fact that folder with no file do not appear with the environment we use (sorry but for this a shortcoming and not natural to me at all) but ok we can cope with this !!

Dear Pascal,
A given folder cannot be "private", "active" or whatever. This is an attribute of a file, NOT an attribute of a folder. You cannot change something that does not exist. This drove me crazy for more than an hour when I first met this problem months ago, and then I realised how it works. The right way to interpret it is that a folder is closer to an attribute of a given file.
If a folder has no files in it, the folder does not appear in the folder tree. This causes a problem when the folder is empty of files but it has a subdirectory inside. If people take the trouble to read the tutorial, they will reach the end where there is a "Very Important Note" in bold letters. This gives the key.

Workaround: I sometimes upload an empty "dummy.txt" to the hidden directory to make it appear.

Simply because I created the folder the same way I did with other folders except I then I created a subfolder (look below they appear the same and I can't change the type of the folder with admin rights I have.
May be you could see and fix the problem from your side which I would appreciate (since so far I don't know how to fix it).

A given folder cannot be "private" . A file can.
