[Fiware-security] USDL-SEC 1st release

Hello Pascal and Antonio,

We are still waiting for an answer from Juanjo about how to release USDL-Sec (deliverable, space etc).  However, thanks to Torsten Leidig, developer of USDL, our contribution will be uploaded on the official USDL website, www.linked-usdl.org . There is already a preliminary version of the language, but it is pretty old with respect to the many modifications we did in these days. It will be updated as soon as possible.

The problem is that, at the moment, the website has some little technical problems, but it will be fixed very soon, hopefully by Monday! At that point, the website will automatically render a diagram of the language, as well as the relative documentation. Hopefully, this would be enough for documenting USDL-SEC, even if some more document could be needed, thought.
