Dear Juanjo,

Short feedback after the Security Monitoring GE which took place this morning.

I must say very few attendance compared to what was expected (only two people were external to FI-WARE and Security Chapter).
Something I think we can share with some others who organized webinars (even more that some webinars were cancelled due to few attendance).
This happens despite my reminders to UC Projects for them to attend. This is even more disappointed that I did copy the invitation to wpl/wpa mailing and I must say that no one has joined. José who was attended could confirm you.

As such I'm very concerned and we should not continue like this even more it has happened so far a number of times (at least within the Security chapter it happened for DH GE and DBA GE ...).

In view of this I would ask you to take immediate actions using instruments we have at FI-WARE and FI-PPP level (AB meeting) and you find appropriate for this not to re-occur. Simply because organization of these webinars shouldn't be a waste of time and we definitely have to value them since important for Phase 1 & Phase 2 UC Projects (although not uniquely).

Hope you can share and that you will react the way expected for those webinars to gain the audience they should deserve for success of FI-WARE and FI-PPP Programme.

Best Regards,
Pascal
