Dear All, Find attached to this email short minutes of audio conf on WP8 we had on Monday: * Pending demands to be answered prior to next audio so by 12/01/2012 EOB ! * From T8.1, T8.2, T8.3, T8.4 * On Sprints * Short report on Sprint 2 (ending end of December) * Scoping of Sprint 3 (will end end of January!) * On GEs * Draft APIs for each of the GEs (except for what concerns T8.4 where I did have some draft) * On Questions raised by WP10 (not applicable to T8.4 who already provided its answers) * On WP9 questionnaire (not applicable to T8.4 who already provided feedback) * M9 deliverable * No update from Management team but tasks working on it * Approach : the one promoted so far by Juanjo (inspired from Event Service Specification - CORBA) * Action Point for SAP to discuss with vice-chair of AB (Axel) and see if there still a chance to promote for service oriented approach (FMC (http://www.fmc-modeling.org/tam_stencils) * Action Point for Thales to address also at next WPL/WPA audio conf * Action point each of the task leads (Daniel, Robert, Antonio, Slim) to send their architectural burning questions to Daniel (cc Pascal) that will report and address them in the context of the internal AB that will take place at GA. * Action point for Task leads/GE owners/Caretakers/Appointed representatives of this team to report to WPL/WPA on the follow-up of activities of other WPs (i.e. Slim/WP3, Daniel G/WP4, Xavier/WP5, Daniel G/WP6, Wolfgang/WP7) * Short textual report on monthly basis to be produced (one/two paragraphs) * For WP5, Richard will take over from Xavier the time the situation would be clarified with FT-Orange in WP8 * Next GA (23-27/01/2012 - Madrid) * Action Pascal to communicate the Agenda and more specifically for what concerns WP8 session * Each of the task lead to prepare a couple of slides to be presented at plenary meeting for what concerns GEs and accompanying APIs for other teams to develop correct understanding also get answer to their questions on the topic. * Daniel as WPA to prepare presentation on Architectural issues * Open Calls * Text of Open Calls has been published. * SAP to support Thales in further work that would need to be performed on this * Issues with some of the WP8 partners * Withdrawal of TID (no answer from TID to be raised and addressed at GA & PCC meeting) * Lack of involvement of INRIA * Involvement of INRIA in T8.2 to be carefully looked at and assessed by T8.2 lead (NSN) before having it addressed at GA/PCC meeting by Thales * Involvement of INRIA in T8.1 and T8.4 to be addressed by THA (Daniel) and SAP (Slim) before having it addressed at GA/PCC meeting by Thales (Pascal) * Lack of involvement of FT-Orange * Involvement of FT-Orange in T8.1 and others to carefully looked at and addressed by task leads and Daniel before being reported at GA/PCC meeting by Thales (Pascal) * All these issues to be addressed at next audio (hope this time FT-Orange and INRIA representatives will join to hear from them on the topic before having those issues escalated to GA & PCC ...
