Short minutes of audio-conf of today


Our audio conf today was mainly devoted to discuss FI-WARE GA planned next week in Madrid

As such the following points were discussed

·         INRIA - Alexandre Boeglin replacement of Olivier Festor.

o   Action point: Alexandre to urgently contact SAP (Slim/Franceso) and Thales (Daniel) to catch up on things and delivered what is missing/pending

§  Action point agreed: Audio conference between SAP and INRIA on Friday 20/01/2012 at 2pm to discuss and clarify

§  Action point agreed: Alexandre to meet with Daniel & Pascal in Madrid to clarify situation with INRIA

·         WP8 attendees to plenary week (most participants present on Wednesday & Thursday);

·         Security plenary session :

o   Action points

§  Daniel as T8.1 lead to come up with a presentation on Security Monitoring GE

§  Robert as T8.2 lead to come up with presentation of each of the Core GEs: Identity Mgt (and access control), Privacy and Data handling. This with full support of GE owners. Also to appoint member of his team present to make the presentation at plenary (if not Daniel and I could also make it)

§  Antonio as T8.3 lead to do the same for Context-based security and compliance GE

§  Slim or Francesco same for T8.4 and optional generic enablers

Deadline:  Friday 20/01/2012 EOB (very much appreciated) or Monday 23/01/2012 2pm at the latest (please all meet this deadline!)

§
Guidelines: TO ALL when preparing this slide set (6-8 slide per each GEs) : in your presentation you should address the following

·         GE's functionalities (to be offered to stakeholders either other team or UC projects)

·         GE's architecture (stressing contributing assets) - show them how the architecture for your GE looks like

·         GE's development roadmap (report on what has been achieved and what remains to be done, also be clear on what would be delivered at each major release Y1 (my GE will be offered with these functionalities),Y2 (same as Y1 plus new functionalities), Y3 (all functionalities of my GE would be offered! )

·         GE's accompanying APIs - let them figure the APIs that will come with your GE(s)(also the underlying technologies, also standards). Show them also what you have achieved so far in the context of M9 milestone (show your early specifications to get their feedback)

·         FI-WARE GA Agenda

o   Action point THALES (WPL) to update the Agenda with respect to both joint section WP and attendance (btw -done by now). On the basis of what TID will allocate wp8 individual and join session (and room)

·         FI-WARE GA - WP8 Agenda

o   Draft Agenda for WP8 session (distributed prior to the audio ) was introduced stressing preparatory work requested from partners. More specifically there are actions for WPL/WPA (slideset) , Task leads THA/NSN/ATOS/SAP (slideset+ specs doc) and partners (WP3/SAP, WP6/THA, WP4/THA, WP5/FT and/or TRT, WP7/DT) allocated to follow-up activities of other WPs (report expected)

·         Action point: All to perform their action points prior to our physical meeting (so by Monday EOB) and deliver what is requested.
