Here is the TID review report of Unit Test Plan & Report. As you will see it is not good in the sense there are a number of issues that if not corrected by each of you would lead to rejection of our deliverable by TID and so the costs with the penalties announced by TID.

According to the attached review report the content you put to Unit Test Plan & Reporting for the GE you own is rejected Security Monitoring GE (Thales -> Daniel & al) rejected !
Identity Management GE (NSN - DT -> Robert & Wolfgang) rejected !
Data Handling GE (SAP -> Slim) rejected !
DB Anonimyzer GE (SAP -> Francesco) -> rejected !
Secure Storage Service (Thales -> Lucie) -> Rejected !

So please Daniel, Robert, Wolfgang, Slim, Francesco and Lucie look at the issues and add the necessary corrections for your content to D8.5a and so our deliverable to be accepted.

Bear in mind the ultimate deadline to have them fixed is July 26th EOB as per decision taken by CA at last WPL/WPA. But to a on the safe side and did some review of the fixes it could be appropriate to have them fixed by today EOB.

In any case here is what is stated in the minutes of Monday 23 WPL/WPA audio and that you should have in mind as the contract:

"Results of this (TID) check will be provided by July 24. As a result of this checking, Unit Testing Plan can be:
● accepted
● rejected with a deadline on July 26th EOB to fix a number of identified issues

Cost rejection measurements will be applied to GE owners failing to deliver fixed set of features by July 26th EOB."


Counting on you all to have the issues for your GE fixed  the sooner the better and according to the set and final deadline.

Please acknowledge receipt of this email and let me know and Daniel once the issues have been fixed.

Dear Pascal & Daniel,

This is the review of the Unit Testing plan. I am afraid this is the WP in the worst shape in all the project. As told by Juanjo, there is a very short time to put it right so I would suggest to react quickly as several participants are very near losing part of their reporting.

A reminder in case it helps: I assume that you already have the Report ready to append at the end of the deliverable and that such manual complies with the guidelines (one single report, not one per GE).
