[Fiware-security] TR: [Fiware-wpl] URGENT REMINDER: Topics for 2nd Open Call

Dear Task leads,

I'm forwarding you this very important email I got from Juanjo. I'd like each of you as task lead to check and confirm me you have created EPICS for the topics you announced for the 2nd Open Call of FI-WARE. If you don't have yet them created please create them now and by tomorrow EOB so June 13th at the latest :!. 
I'd like here to draw your attention to what Juanjo says in his email: if there is no draft of Epics by June 14th it will mean that they will not get in the 2nd Open Call. As such it is very important for you to carefully check and address my demand also carefully prepare/review description of those EPICS within your task. Also because they would be reviewed at FI-PPP AB of June 14th and that as you I would them to pass this review and be selected for the 2nd Open Call of our FI-WARE Project.

PS: Each of the task lead provide me and Daniel with the links to those EPICS (aka candidate topics for 2nd Open Call of FI-WARE that we discussed and already agreed). This in order for us to check and review their descriptions.

Hi,

   This is a reminder that this Thursday, June 14th, we have a virtual
meeting of the FI-PPP AB.   One of the hot topics for that confcall will
be the selection of topics for the FI-WARE 2nd Open Call.  In this
respect, it was agreed that only those topics for which a 1st draft of
Epics is ready by June 14th, will be considered for this 2nd Open Call.

   During the last FI-PPP AB meeting, I announced that FI-WARE were
preparing some topics that we wanted to include in this 2nd Open Call.

   I would kindly ask those chapters that had plans to include a topic
for the 2nd Open Call to send me an email summarizing the status.
Again, I would like to emphasize that no draft of Epics by June 14th,
will mean not getting in the 2nd Open Call.
