Dear Task leads,

Could you please report to me the status of your task contribution to the following deliverables (this in view of the GEs attached to your task and GEs to be released for 1st Major Release as stated in Technical Roadmap).


 *   D8.2.a GE software release,

·         D8.3.a Installation and Administration Guides

·         D8.4.a User and Programmers Guide

·         D.8.5.a Unit Testing Plan

I need this short report on status from your task asap and no later than by tomorrow (25/06) at 5pm.

As for the rest I remind you that those WP8 have to delivered by end of June (meaning end of this week!) as such please take necessary steps at the level of your task team (especially GE owners) for this deliverables to be completed on due time and at the expected level of quality.

As for guidelines there are some shared guidelines which were communicated to you for what concerns D8.5a Unit Testing Plan so please follow them.

Reading you soon and counting on you that have everything ready by end the week.

Dear all,

Given that we are in Brussels preparing the presentation, the WPL/WPA do not have the usual availability so it is better if we let everyone know this directly.

There are already have directions on how to prepare the Unit Testing Plan

You have a pointer to examples so this should be easily understood.

The link points to the private wiki, all the project members should have acces to it. If it is not the case for some of you, I remind that the WPL/WLA are the ones in charge of adding new people from their respective chapters.
