While the answer to your last question should come from Juanjo, I can now give you at least a partial answer to the rest.

Installation - all we are going to provide is here:

 *   If you need  "inspiration", I see that my colleagues from Cloud have already edited things on the "Service Manager GE" if it helps. But this is not for guidance or an "offcial example", there is freedom to organize this guide as you think it's best as long as the two compulsory sections are added.

 *   AP Pending on me. You will get the info  at the same time as the other WPLs. I anticipated something in today's WP10 phone call
Dx.4a (User and Programmers Guide)

 *   Will check
