Dear Task leads, Find attached to this email the report I just received from Axel Fasse according to analysis he performed regarding the status of tickets submitted by UC projects. Regarding Security Chapter this clearly says that no progress was made since previous reporting. Which is not good at all especially in view of the FI-WARE review which is approaching. A such I would ask each of you as Task lead to take necessary steps to progress on handling of the tickets and have progresses be reported on the tracker and to me through an update of the excel file you maintained as per decision taken at last WP8 plenary meeting. Counting on you to address this demand and awaiting from you regarding tracker updating and excel file update. As you know, the Use Case Projects claim that we could improve our response to their requests. This situation could have a negative impact in the perception of the whole PPP Program and also would be harmful for the review. Apart from image-related issues, it is needed to start synchronizing with them, as we have repeatedly anticipated in the WPL/WPA follow-up calls. Please take a look at the tickets assigned to your WP and attend to them when they are waiting for your reaction. You can assess easily which ones are waiting for your attention by filtering by state (we put in red those that are pending on FI-WARE and you should look at): Open Pending of evaluation by FI-WARE Closed it doesn't require further management Under Evaluation by FI-WARE Need to assign the ticket.
