Well, the 6LoWPAN fuzzer does indeed mention IPv6, as 6LoWPAN is a set
of mechanisms that allow the transmission of IPv6 packets over low power
and lossy networks.

As far as I saw in the document, "IP dst/src or protocols" is only
mentioned in the description of OSSIM normalized events, for which I
cannot speak.
