[Fiware-security] Inria contact person handover

Dear FI-WARE partners,

I'll be leaving Inria at the end of the month, and consequently, I will
no longer be involved in the FI-WARE project.

Guillaume Bonfante <guillaume.bonfante at inria.fr> and Fabrice Sabatier
<fabrice.sabatier at inria.fr>, both from the Inria CARTE team, also
located in Nancy, will take over the role of contact person, especially
in the Security Work Package

I wish you all the best, and success in the final stages of the project.
