Hello Pascal, Manuel, First of all, @Manuel : welcome aboard ! Now, the bad news: I have serious problems in understanding the reported issues. As others already pointed out, in many cases it is hard to understand why they are marked in red. I welcome the news reported in Manuel's introduction email, about the future adaptation/improvement/extension of our support tools to improve our processes. Clearly, reviewing our elements for Miguel has been surely painful in these months, but also on our side, maintaining them wasn't always easy. A comment on the assumption on white spaces: as we passed 2 internal reviews in these days, but also an external review 6 months ago, maybe it could be acceptable for the time being to leave blanks in our wiki + tracker. The rationale is: if we modify the entries in the wiki, we also have to modify *all* links in *all* tracker items. If this is really necessary, fine, but in case let's take this decision well aware of the required effort to implement it, and let's modify the guidelines to explicitly forbid this situation. [URGENT: Fix last issues reported] Importance: High Dear All, Find the last review performed b y Manuel (in replacement of Miguel and as now appointed Agile Project Manager of FI-WARE). I'd like here each of you to check and correct your issues. Please try to get it done the sooner the better and by end of business today. On my side I will perform a check by EOB as well. Counting on you all to proceed according to the set deadline. I'd like also here to remember Task list that I'm counting on them to check and align the content of the Wiki vs the Tracker and drop me a short report once done. This by today ... (as well the sooner the better ....). Counting on you (especially GE owners) and hearing from the Tasks leads. Dear Pascal, Thanks for your answer! I could check the 1st part about sprints and releases has just a few mistakes. However, the second part has many - overall related to having white spaces in the Summary (reference) field - I didn't see them in any other chapter so I'm assuming it's not allowed. I got 266 records from backlog; around 75% had some mistake. Please, find the report attached. If anything, please, let me know. Importance: High Dear Manuel, Thanks for your email. Well from my Security Chapter side I was lucky enough to discuss with Miguel about its review since we were both attending a project (aka Infinity) meeting in Madrid. It was really helpful form my side since I got a better understanding on how to instruct my team members and also perform the check from my side. As a result and based on instructions I provided to my team also work I did on my side I would say that most of the issues have been addressed regarding the wiki/tracker update and that alignment was checked for what concerns SecMong Ge. As for other GE and especially IdM which was misaligned and check is ongoing and if not finalized today would be finalized by Monday Lunch time (as per request I formulated to GE owners/Task leads). In the meantime I must inform you that one of the partners in WP8 (aka ORANGE) was facing issues contributing to Wiki/Tracker update as we requested. So not so sure they would deliver as expected (in the meantime I agree we can't wait any longer for their input without penalizing the Chapter and the consortium/Project). Hope this report is helpful to you and that you can confirm we did show good progress and are close to get our chapter ready for delivery. Hearing from you. Dear Partners, As you know we want to deliver backlog's associated deliverables early next week. Miguel has been working with you these weeks, I've tried to get myself up and ready to continue with the "challenge". We know we cannot have a fully-consistent backlog this time from the process followed, so an effort from all of us is necessary. Next time we're improving process and tools. I'm doing a final review over the weekend in order to assess whether to detach and reject any chapter on Monday's meeting. I'd appreciate having your feedback as whether you consider your backlog is ready for delivery, or any other helpful input. If anything, please, let me know.
