[Fiware-security] Privacy GE's Webinar: Privacy-Preserving Authentication

Dear FI-WARE Partners,

I'm happy to announce a webinar of the Privacy GE on the topic of 
"Privacy-Preserving Authentication" on Thursday, July 18, 2013 at 04:00 PM 
CEST.

Throughout the webinar, we will discuss the general topic of 
authentication, what the issues with today's authentication technologies 
are, and how these issues can be solved with privacy-preserving 
attribute-based credentials (aka anonymous credentials).
In particular, I will provide an introduction to the basic concepts and 
features of these credentials and show you that the Privacy GE enables you 
to build systems that allow users to authenticate anonymously yet 
accountably.

I will also send out a respective calendar invitation and announce the 
webinar on twitter using the #privacyabc hashtag.
In case you are interested in attending, I would greatly appreciate a 
short notice from you beforehand. This, however, is optional.
There will probably be a second webinar on this topic in the week 30 or 31 
- if you are interested in attending but not available on July 18, feel 
free to propose a date suitable for you.
