[Fiware-security] about ticket status

Hi Francesco,

We do have a workitem under execution for Sprint 2.2.3, it has ID 4007; you may have missed it because it is unassigned. In fact, when I submit new workitems, the "Assigned to" field never shows up; maybe someone could fix this permissions issue.
