[Fiware-security] FI-WARE: D8.1.2 FI-WARE Open Specification delivered

Hi Daniel,

  I would like to confirm that inclusion of the API specification by DT would mean that those specifications can be made publicly available.   Looking at the message from Wolfgang, I don't see it explictly mentioned.  Therefore, don't know whether they indeed are asking for delivering the specification but only with private access.

  Please clarify.
