Hi,

I have integrated the 3 slide decks into one (in addition, I have change
the template to use the one that Juanjo sent recently) and published it
at SlideShare:

I have updated the workshop 1 homepage to include the new link:

In addition, I have removed the old PDF presentation drafts in the
Dropbox folder, replacing them with a PDF of the integrated presentation.
