Objet : [Fiware-wpl] Dashboards for release/sprint transition - available

Dear Partners,

Let me share with you the Backlog dashboards in order to help the release and sprint transition, which is coming in a few days.
The dashboards give both WP Leaders and GEi owners their corresponding views for both chapter and GEi's activity and roadmap. I think they can be understood better, and therefore organised.

WP4 ->https://forge.fi-ware.eu/docman/view.php/27/2852/FIWARE.backlog.cloud.dashboard.20130926-1152.xlsx
WP5 ->https://forge.fi-ware.eu/docman/view.php/27/2855/FIWARE.backlog.iot.dashboard.20130926-1153.xlsx
WP6 ->https://forge.fi-ware.eu/docman/view.php/27/2853/FIWARE.backlog.data.dashboard.20130926-1153.xlsx
WP7->https://forge.fi-ware.eu/docman/view.php/27/2854/FIWARE.backlog.i2nd.dashboard.20130926-1153.xlsx

If you don't find the tab for your GEi, please, let me know so that I can produce the right information for better management.

Let me give you a few tips for better understanding and use.

1. The roadmap section is there for you to identify and schedule items properly - it needs to be aligned with the technical roadmap defined on the wiki. Allowed status are open and schedule. You move from open to schedule when you know the timeframe.

2. The backlog section contains the items which are processed in the current release and sprint. Under execution, under verification and closed/dismissed are allowed status here. If you had the roadmap well scheduled, the items will be moved automatically to the backlog when the month changes.

3. The finished section contains all items finished. The only status allowed is closed/dismissed.

Let me emphasize there's need for all of us to cooperate to setup the right agile dynamic. It is neither difficult nor time-consuming, and allows better mutual understanding among the many people involved in the project. I know it's always a trade-off between different values, but you can be sure that risk management or mitigating significant deviations is not possible without the proper reliable information.

If anything, please, don't hesitate to let me know.

Kind regards,
Manuel
