I was  trying to review you manuals of WP8 and put the reviews here:

What I am going to describe now is something that does not happen anywhere else in the project. It is only WP8 that has this sort of inconsistencies.

I am only looking at  those who leave at the end of the month (marked in grey). This message is basically for them.

Out of 9 GEis, I can only review 2! The others 7 do not make sense, we cannot deliver new manuals in R3 if we do not have new functionality. Conversely, if we have new features in the roadmap, we expect new manuals. Unless I understand what's going on, I cannot start my reviews.

Then, there is a new one: Botnet Tracking System. This one is not on the roadmap. We cannot deliver anything that "does not exist". Am I missing something? I hope not.

I would advise the GEi owners to check the "observations" fields in this online spreadsheet (last column) and go to your WPL/WPA explaining how this goes. I am  simply unable to answer individual  GE owners (around 90 in the project) discussing each manual (>200 in the project) this is why we need to use 2 coordination levels.

My fear is that people understand that this is as usual: "at the end of the day it will get published, take it easy" (and note that there are few days left).  I'd better warn you in advance.  If there are serious objections, I will consider  adding a note in the Periodic Report expressing the objections from the coordination to the manuals that fail to comply with the guidelines. Let us make an effort to happily close this.
