My comments.

"the first testbed release by month 19 (end of October) in place of month 15
(end of July)." 

 I said that this could well be end of Sept. It is not clearly defined now.

--> I have updated the minute by putting there both the possibilities
declared in the WPL\WPLA minute i.e. “month 19 (end

of October) or at least by month 18 (end of September)” highlighting that
such possibilities are, anyway, only hypothesis  since a check, from PO, was
not yet arrived.  

Deliverable D10.3 status. "Paolo informs all that the deliverable D10.3 is
basically in a good shape and that, excerpt that a still missing section
concerning the sanity check - Miguel will provide as soon as possible - " . 

This is mixed up.  I said that there will be a section with an integration
backlog (related to task2). I will organize a tracker (this means defining
customized fields and a workflow). And this will be a section in the doc,
that will describe it. If you think about it,  the doc is in between Task 2
and 3 (and the current draft has elements from Task 3 only )
The TOC for the sanity check and the diagnosis guide will go to the install
& admin guides of the chapters and it is something that we will explicitly
request from them . This will be placed in a the private wiki as a guideline
(all install and admin guides have a more or less free TOC, but not for this
sections). This is a commitment from the WPA/WPL meeting so I will have to
do it.

This is however properly reflected in section 3 of the minutes. 

--> Ok I have re-written this part so now it should be fine.
