Dear Miguel,

yes, the partners are there, however, in order just to leverage the FI-WARE organization and timing "enclosed and walled" within the realms of WPs reigned by their respective WPLs and "populated" often by *different* teams, even if from the same Companies (I see always example of TI and also debates between WP6 and IoT wrt NGSI as we would be isolated islands :)), probably such a cross-referencing ending, in a simplest case, with an immediate phc's minutes mail forwarding, as useful for an eventual technical WPL enforcement (deadlines, timing, to-do APs) would be not excessive :).
(sorry for a long phrase)

Dear Boris

As far as I am aware, all the partners are represented in WP10 but the WPs are not represented as such. In practice, we see that most of the partners do not take the trouble to attend the conf calls but this is how it is organized.

I do not object to asking for volunteers to represent each WP, but I suspect most of them will remain vacant.

Looking at the composition of the PHC members I wish to suggest that we make it official the next two points:

-          The partner representative within the PHC becomes a sort of rapporteur or what is happening in the test bed into its FI-WARE WP (e.g. WP6 in my case);
