[Fiware-testbed] Catalogue and Testbed: the public face of the project

I agree, in principle, but we have to decide if we want to keep the door

once you selected "Enablers" from the main menu you can find the list of 
the chapters on the right column.
They act like a filter for the published GEIs ... I think that filter is 
not particularly visible, and I think it can be
improved when the new look & feel will be implemented.
