[Fiware-testbed] IP for FI-WARE GE testing

Dear all,

Please be aware that we are starting to give the UCs access to the
Testbed. They will start using our GEs and also asking questions ,
requesting support, etc.

The support must be provided by the GE owner directly, in principle by
he/she who is on the catalogue as primary contact for  the GE.
