[Fiware-testbed] d10.1.a v0.1 for your review

I think this is good for this phase. We are in a planning and design stage, which is reflected in the document. UC projects might not quite understand what it is they will get, but I think that will be cleared when we get further.

A note on the S3C (chapter 5.3.5), I understand they will discuss this at their next f2f which is early March. Unfortunately not in time for this document version. The Ericsson contribution will be made available as SaaS, i.e. run locally by us or a partner. That would most likely be a full version. But, as said, not clarified in time for this document.

thanks to an emails exchange with marika, i discovered that the fi-ware email system does not allow file too big to be circulated.
although the file was not too big (1.5 Gb).

by the way now the file is on our testbed portal under the deliverable private section.
please download it from there.
